Marcus has more than 20 years of experience in the tax practice. He is specialised in tax advisory which covers corporate reorganisation and tax efficient structuring, planning and application of tax incentives for strategic projects, M&A tax due diligence, pre-IPO group restructuring, RPGT and stamp duty, tax implications for cross border and intercompany transactions, and tax audits and investigations support, amongst others.
